Who We Are

Bespoke Care was set up in 2017 by two lifelong friends and health professionals, Karen and Kerry. Karen is a nurse and Kerry is a physiotherapist, with a combined 50 plus years experience of delivering quality care.

Both have had first-hand experience of a family member needing to be cared for at home. This experience gave them insight into the stress and worry of facing strangers looking after a loved one and also the challenges faced when providing care for someone.

Our Aims & Objectives

Our aim is to provide a bespoke service acknowledging you as a unique individual. We aim to foster an atmosphere of care and support with you the service user which both enables and encourages you to live as full, interesting and independent a life as possible.

Your safety is our priority and we will ensure that all individuals delivering the service to you are compliant with the health and safety procedures of Bespoke Care and are aware of how to raise safeguarding concerns.

We are meticulous in our recruitment of staff to ensure that only staff who share our high standards, values and beliefs become part of the Bespoke Care team.

Our Services

We provide care to clients by private arrangement, by direct payment and by a council arranged service. We are currently providing care in the Stannington, Wisewood, Chapeltown, High Green and Ecclesfield areas of the City. We are registered with the care quality commission to provide personal care services to people aged 18 years and over, in their own homes.

Bespoke Care were recommended to me and my mum as a service provider who were able to work with clients with mental health issues. After a couple of years trying to support my mum on my own, It was brilliant to find an organisational that was prepared to get to know my mum (and her quirks) and really deliver a support package that focused on keeping her as independent as possible for as long as possible. Additionally they were very flexible with visits / arranging extra calls - which made a real difference. All the staff (especially the owners) were brilliant, and I can’t thank them enough for the care and support they gave my mum. Having used another care provider in the past who was fairly terrible, i think it makes a big difference that both the owners were / are health professionals. The staff I met were all lovely, and always had plenty of time for my mum (they never seemed rushed). They’re a caring and compassionate team and were particularly kind when my mum suddenly passed away. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke - if you are looking for professional home care.
